These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and Cikgu88 (hereinafter referred to as "Cikgu88", "we", "us", or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the website located at cikgu88.cam and all associated services, products, software, mobile interfaces, and content offered through that website (collectively, "the Platform").

Cikgu88 operates as an online casino and sports betting platform, offering live dealer games, slot games, table games, crash games, and sports wagering services. The Platform is operated under international online gaming licensing. For the avoidance of doubt, Cikgu88 does not hold any Malaysian domestic government-issued gambling licence. Users in Malaysia are personally responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is permissible under applicable local laws.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

To be eligible to register for and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Cikgu88 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access, or use any part of the Platform. Age verification is required during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any other party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by Cikgu88 or any third-party responsible gambling body to which Cikgu88 subscribes.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
• You must register only one Account on the Platform. The operation of multiple Accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of Cikgu88 or any of its affiliated service providers, game studios, or technology partners, unless explicit written permission has been obtained from the Company.

Malaysian users specifically acknowledge that while Cikgu88 operates under international licensing, access to online gambling services may be subject to restrictions under Malaysian law. Users accept sole responsibility for ensuring their use of the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Platform features, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information as requested during registration and to maintain and promptly update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify Cikgu88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. Cikgu88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.3 KYC Verification Requirements

Cikgu88 is required by its licensing obligations to conduct identity verification on all users prior to processing any withdrawal request and in certain other circumstances. You may be required to provide any of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification: Malaysian MyKad (front and back), Malaysian driver's licence, or valid passport
• Proof of address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the preceding 90 days, showing your full name and residential address
• Selfie with ID: A clear photograph of you holding your identity document adjacent to your face
• Payment method verification: Screenshots or statements confirming ownership of the payment instrument used to deposit funds, where required

4.4 Enhanced Due Diligence

The Company reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time, including during large transactions, unusual activity patterns, or at the request of the licensing authority. Failure to cooperate with such requests may result in Account suspension.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The Platform accepts deposits via the following Malaysian-localised payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), as well as cryptocurrency options including USDT and BTC. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Limits

A minimum deposit of RM 50 applies. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and may be subject to individual account-level restrictions. Users enrolled in the Platform's responsible gambling programme may have reduced deposit limits applied at their own request or at the Company's discretion.

5.3 Deposit Processing

E-wallet and DuitNow/FPX deposits are typically credited to your Account in real time or within minutes of payment confirmation. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon the requisite number of blockchain confirmations being achieved. Cikgu88 is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or network congestion.

5.4 Prohibited Deposits

You must only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name that correspond to your verified KYC identity. Deposits using third-party payment instruments, business accounts, or funds derived from criminal activity are strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to reverse and return any deposit it reasonably suspects to be in breach of this clause.

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified Account holders. Withdrawal amounts may not exceed the real-money (non-bonus) balance of your Account. Withdrawal requests submitted prior to the completion of any applicable wagering requirement on Bonus Funds will be declined, and any associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Times

Cikgu88 targets the following withdrawal processing timelines for verified Malaysian Accounts. These are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by compliance review requirements, banking system limitations, or Force Majeure events:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Under 5 minutes for standard amounts
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong): 5 to 15 minutes during standard banking hours
• Direct bank wire: 15 to 60 minutes, subject to compliance review for larger amounts
• Cryptocurrency: Subject to blockchain network confirmation times

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. If this is not possible due to account closure or method limitations, the Company will use an alternative verified method belonging to the Account holder and may request additional verification documentation.

6.4 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum withdrawal amounts and daily or monthly withdrawal limits apply and are published within the Platform's cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and Account tier. VIP-tier accounts are subject to enhanced withdrawal limits as outlined in the VIP Programme terms.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to these General Terms and any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements — for example, slot games may contribute 100% while certain table games may contribute a lesser percentage.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

The Company reserves the right to void any bonus, any winnings derived from that bonus, and to suspend or permanently close an Account where it determines — at its sole reasonable discretion — that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts; using strategies designed to exploit bonus mechanics with low-variance gameplay; systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through within the applicable time limit will automatically expire and be removed from the Account balance. Cikgu88 is under no obligation to issue reminders prior to expiry.

8.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of cards, dice, or wheels dealt or spun by professional dealers in licensed studios. The Company employs independent third-party testing laboratories to audit RNG certification on a periodic basis.

8.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, communications error, or software bug that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of winnings, the Company reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and refund the wager amount to the player's Account. The Company shall not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such malfunctions.

8.3 Minimum and Maximum Wagers

Minimum and maximum wager limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. Players must comply with the stated table limits. Wagers placed outside the stated limits may be voided at the Company's discretion.

8.4 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and basketball — are subject to separate sports betting rules. Odds are displayed prior to bet placement and are fixed at the time the bet is accepted unless the specific market is offered on a "live" or "in-play" basis, in which case odds are subject to continuous update. Cikgu88 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where clear pricing errors have occurred.

8.5 Disconnection Policy

Cikgu88 is not responsible for interrupted gameplay due to internet connectivity issues on the user's side. Where a game round is interrupted mid-play due to a disconnection, the outcome will be processed as if the game had completed normally in accordance with the RNG result already generated at the point of disconnection.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under your own name or any false identity
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or tool to interact with the Platform without prior written consent
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated gameplay designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploitation must be reported to the Company immediately
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other Platform process
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from criminal activity or using the Platform in a manner that constitutes money laundering
• Using the Platform on behalf of or for the benefit of a third party without the Company's express written permission
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any aspect of the Platform's software or game systems
• Engaging in harassing, threatening, or abusive conduct towards Cikgu88 staff or other Platform users

Where the Company determines that a User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, it may take any or all of the following actions: immediate Account suspension or permanent closure; forfeiture of the Account balance including both real-money and bonus funds; reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities; and civil legal action where appropriate.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the Cikgu88 name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, game visuals, sound effects, software code, and promotional materials, is the property of Cikgu88 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gambling purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; create derivative works from any Platform content; use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on any part of the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute an infringement of the Company's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cikgu88 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, or the cost of substitute services, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all games thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, except where such warranties cannot be excluded by law.

Cikgu88's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or the Platform, for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, shall at all times be limited to the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon receipt of a closure request, we will process the closure and return any verified real-money balance to your nominated payment method, subject to our standard withdrawal procedures including KYC verification. Accounts closed by users with outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will result in the forfeiture of those Bonus Funds.

12.2 Suspension or Termination by Cikgu88

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms
• The User has provided false or fraudulent information
• The Account has been used for money laundering or other illegal activities
• The User is under the minimum age of 21
• The User is accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to the Company

12.3 Consequences of Termination

Upon Account termination by either party, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Depending on the reason for termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account may be returned to you or forfeited in accordance with these Terms. Clause provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.

Cikgu88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting players from the potential harms associated with problem gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help users manage their gambling activity, including deposit limit controls, session time reminders, self-exclusion, and account cooling-off periods.

These tools are available at all times through the Account settings section of the Platform. Where a user requests a self-exclusion or deposit limit reduction, these measures will be implemented promptly and may not be reversed for the duration specified by the user at the time of activation. A minimum self-exclusion period of 24 hours applies; permanent self-exclusion is also available.

Players who have self-excluded from the Platform must not attempt to circumvent their self-exclusion by registering a new Account or using another person's Account. Such actions constitute a breach of these Terms.

Cikgu88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, the Company will provide notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. In cases of significant changes, the Company may also notify registered users by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.1.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Cikgu88 recommends that users bookmark and review this page at regular intervals.

These Terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated and licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute between you and Cikgu88, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct communication with our customer support team. The Company will endeavour to respond to and resolve all reasonable complaints within 28 business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, either party may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by the Company's licensing authority, details of which are available upon request through our support channels.
